I’m Teigan and I’m incredibly passionate about all things health. My goal is to create a sustainable, healthy routine for myself and others based on functional strength and movement. I know it can be a tedious task to address your health and fitness, and I’m here to make it easier for you.

My blog is my baby. I love researching every topic and providing accurate and digestible information for anyone who may need it – my articles are ALWAYS based on science. I firmly believe that it’s our responsibility as humans to create healthy bodies and healthy environments. That means a body that can perform the tasks we need it for, and is free of aches and pains. It also means creating a mental and emotional personal environment that allows us to thrive in all areas of life. And my biggest wish is to do all of this while keeping the global environment in mind – and try to make the earth a healthier place.
